  Really rude as... Had a car to sell, he basically said I would have to bring it there myself, I said OKAY. Then he says "and you have to get it all the way out the back to the pile" and pointed past everyone to a area that was impossible to get to. Seriously. Then he said to try another company, but they told me to try him so it went in circles whilst these guys laughed about it. In the end took the car to McCauley scrap metal and got money for it, where as these guys would only take it for free.
  
  Then they have signs saying things like "all cars collected, top dollar" (lies) and "car batteries from thirty five dollars" but when you go to buy one they don't have any and only have sixty dollar ones. Stuff like that.
  
  Also, people give them bad rating so they write a lot of their own reviews to try and make their overall score better.
