  Ray Lord and the professional and friendly team of vets and vet nurses at Upper Hutt Vet Hospital & Cattery on Fergusson Drive have been looking after our three small breed dogs since 2008. (Prior to this we attended a clinic in Kelburn.) The quality of care and service has been first rate since day one whether dealing with the clinical crew or Justine in the main office who is always genuinely helpful, considerate, astute and a pillar of efficiency. My Husband and I cannot recommend Ray and his Team highly enough. They have earned and maintained our complete trust throughout and we have the peace of mind of knowing our much-loved family pets are in the best possible hands. These folks know their stuff and have thoroughly surpassed other veterinary professionals we have dealt with in the past. Recommend highly to all, including those based in the greater region... We would happily travel to continue this relationship!
